Maryland Style Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

**Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our association:

Relationship of Parties: The role of Sponsor is established, upon agreement of this proposal, and completion of sponsorship payment to The Agoge Project, Inc. for the fundraiser “Brunch & Boxing'' event on May 18, 2024. A member of or a representative from The Agoge Project, Inc. Will Reach out to you for information about your VIP Table and Seats or any other questions regarding sponsorship. There shall be no other relationship between Sponsor and The Agoge Project, Inc. thereof unless further discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

Payment: Sponsor will make payment of Sponsorship amount to The Agoge Project, Inc. no later than 11:59 pm May 7, 2024.

Use of Title(s), Logo(s), Image(s), Trademark(s), and/or Likenesses: The Sponsor hereby authorizes The Agoge Project, Inc. full use of logo(s), associated trademark(s), use of title(s), image(s),  likenesses, and/or approved version(s) by Sponsor or an authorized representative. Must provide to The Agoge Project, Inc. no later than 11:59 pm May 7, 2024.

Representative: The Sponsoring party is NOT required to send (1) representative to the “Brunch & Boxing” event. Nevertheless, if you would like to send a representative on behalf of the Sponsorship, we would love to have you! Please RSVP to confirm attendance by emailing info@theagogeproject.com no later than 11:59 pm May 7, 2024.

Term: The length of sponsorship will cease only upon successful payment AND completion of the “Boxing & Brunch” fundraiser.

    Gold Package Sponsorship plus (2) additional VIP Boxing seats. The sponsor or a representative will have the opportunity to partake in a short, recorded interview on the day of the event to be used at our discretion. The video will highlight our partnership and your great work as a sponsor supporting community events. While keeping the integrity of The Agoge Project, a copy provided to you may be used to promote your business.
